Stephen Fromme graduated from Albright College in 1987 with a B.S. Degree in Finance and Marketing. Upon graduation, Stephen worked for Actuarial Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. During his tenure at Actuarial Sciences, Stephen worked on Employee Benefit Plans and earned his designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist through the Wharton School of Business.
In 1992, Stephen embarked upon a very successful 20 year mortgage banking career working for several well-known mortgage lenders. During his career in mortgage banking, Stephen was identified as a Distinguished Mortgage Consultant, and twice achieved the distinct honor of President’s Club (one of the top 20 Mortgage Consultants in the nation). During his 20 year career, Stephen helped many families realize their dreams of home ownership.
After his tenure in the mortgage banking industry, Stephen worked in the Insurance Industry. He currently holds a Producer – Independent License specializing in Life and Health Insurance. During this period of his career, Stephen’s grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Stephen quickly became aware of the complexity, the emotional toll, and how overwhelming it was dealing with a loved one who is suffering with Alzheimer’s. Stephen realized his passion in life; advocating for the elderly and making a positive impact in helping families whose loved ones were suffering with Alzheimer’s. In 2018 Stephen was the Committee Chairperson and the Master of Ceremonies for the Alzheimer’s NJ Skyland’s Regional Walk.
In response, Stephen shifted his focus and energy into a new career in the Elder Care Industry, working for a Home Health Care and Senior Placement Company. Stephen is now the Founder and Owner; of Golden Family Guidance, Inc. offering a FREE Senior Placement Service as well as Medicare and Long-Term Care Insurance consulting. Stephen has also achieved the designation Certified Senior Advisor® as well as Certified Dementia Practitioner® CDP®.
