Home Health Care
Home care is supportive care provided in the home. Care may be provided by licensed healthcare professionals (Certified Home Health Aides) who provide medical treatment needs or by professional caregivers who provide daily assistance to ensure the activities of daily living (ADLs) are met. The scope of services include: bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, continence, toileting, and companionship care.
We partner with Medicaid Specialists who have extensive training on completion of Medicaid applications. This process is time consuming and difficult to navigate. A Medicaid Specialists will complete the application on your behalf. Submitting an accurate application to the State of New Jersey so not to delay your approval process.
Veterans Benefits (Aid and Attendance Program)
Aid and Attendance is a benefit paid by Veterans Affairs (VA) to veterans, veterans’ spouses, or surviving spouses. This benefit is paid in addition to a veteran’s basic pension. The benefit may not be paid without eligibility to a VA basic pension. Aid and Attendance can help pay for care in the home, nursing home, or assisted-living facility. We partner with VA Benefit Aid and Attendance Specialists; together we work hand in hand to facilitate the completion of your application. With their expertise, you will receive the most of your benefit.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is any equipment that provides therapeutic benefits to a patient due to certain medical conditions and/or illnesses.
